- 4-6+ years paid media; 2+ yrs B2B SaaS/lead gen.
- 2+ yrs agency experience managing multiple client accounts.
- Deep proficiency in Google Ads (Search, PMax, YouTube, Display) and LinkedIn Ads.
- Experience managing $50K-$200K+ monthly budgets with direct accountability for performance.
- Strong command of campaign architecture, bid strategies, targeting, tracking, and attribution.
- Full-funnel B2B marketing experience; excellent client communication; self-directed.
