  • 4-6+ years paid media; 2+ yrs B2B SaaS/lead gen.
  • 2+ yrs agency experience managing multiple client accounts.
  • Deep proficiency in Google Ads (Search, PMax, YouTube, Display) and LinkedIn Ads.
  • Experience managing $50K-$200K+ monthly budgets with direct accountability for performance.
  • Strong command of campaign architecture, bid strategies, targeting, tracking, and attribution.
  • Full-funnel B2B marketing experience; excellent client communication; self-directed.
