  • Own end-to-end paid media strategy and performance for 3-5 B2B SaaS clients.
  • Collaborate with SEO/GEO/content to build integrated paid-organic growth.

  • Manage Google, LinkedIn, and Meta campaigns tied to pipeline and revenue.
  • Budget management: $20K-$200K+/month with ROAS, CPL, CAC targets.
  • Run keyword research, audience development, bidding, and landing-page recommendations.

  • Must-Have
  • 4-6+ years paid media experience; 2+ years B2B SaaS/lead gen
  • 2+ years in an agency setting managing multiple client accounts
  • Deep proficiency in Google Ads (Search, PMax, YouTube, Display) and LinkedIn
  • Experience managing 50K-200K+ monthly ad budgets
  • Strong command of campaign architecture, bid strategies, attribution
  • Experience with full-funnel B2B marketing: demand gen, lead gen, ABM
  • Excellent client communication; translate data into business insights
  • Self-directed operator who thrives with autonomy
  • Strong Preferences
  • Experience building paid media function or service line from scratch
  • Familiarity with SEO/content marketing and paid-organic synergy
  • Comfort with AI tools for optimization and automation
  • Experience with GA4, GTM, HubSpot, Salesforce or similar
  • Meta Ads experience for B2B; not required but a plus
  • Familiarity with programmatic, CTV, Reddit Ads as emerging B2B channels
  • Key Performance Indicators
  • Client ROAS and CPL/CAC targets met or exceeded
  • Client retention rate >90% for paid engagements
  • Documented, repeatable playbook within 90 days
  • Positive unit economics by end of Q3 2026
  • At least 2 case studies with quantified results within 6 months
