- Must-Have: 4-6+ years paid media; 2+ years in B2B SaaS/lead gen
- Must-Have: 2+ years in an agency managing multiple client accounts
- Must-Have: Deep proficiency in Google Ads (Search, PMax, YouTube, Display) & LinkedIn Ads
- Must-Have: Manage $50K-$200K+ monthly budgets with accountability
- Must-Have: Strong command of campaign architecture, bidding, targeting, attribution
- Must-Have: Full-funnel B2B marketing: demand gen, ABM, pipeline acceleration
- Must-Have: Excellent client communication translating data to insights
- Must-Have: Self-directed operator with autonomy
- Strong Preferences: Build paid media function from scratch (agency or in-house)
- Strong Preferences: SEO/content marketing synergy with paid
- Strong Preferences: Comfort with AI tools for optimization
- Strong Preferences: GA4, GTM, HubSpot, Salesforce or similar analytics
- Strong Preferences: Meta Ads experience for B2B (a plus)
- Strong Preferences: Programmatic/CTV/Reddit as emerging B2B channels
- KPIs: Client ROAS and CPL/CAC targets met or exceeded
- KPIs: Client retention rate >90% for paid engagements
- KPIs: Documented, repeatable playbook delivered within 90 days
- KPIs: Positive unit economics by end of Q3 2026
- KPIs: At least 2 case studies with quantified results within first 6 months
