Senior Packaging Analyst

📋 Description

• Own packaging procurement and category strategy across centers.
• Drive cost savings, service levels, and quality improvements.
• Lead end-to-end supplier negotiations and communications.
• Maintain packaging master data, KPIs, and reporting.
• Optimize packaging allocation to ensure accurate material use.
• Collaborate with Inventory and Production to cut variances and risk.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or related field.
• 5-7+ years in supply chain, procurement, or operations.
• Experience with packaging, cold chain, or perishable supply chains preferred.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Proven ability to manage suppliers, negotiate costs, end-to-end.
• Experience building or improving SOPs, systems, or processes.
