  • Own top-of-funnel pipeline generation through proactive outbound prospecting
  • Research and target decision-makers across PE, real estate, VC firms
  • Execute high-volume outbound outreach: 100โ€“150 calls/day; 25โ€“30 emails
  • Run structured multi-touch sequences across phone, email, LinkedIn
  • Maintain activity tracking and pipeline data in Salesforce and Outreach
  • Meet or exceed weekly/monthly KPIs and contribute to pipeline goals

  • 4โ€“5+ years outbound SaaS BDR/SDR experience
  • Proven success engaging Directors, VP, and C-level via calls and LinkedIn
  • Able to generate qualified pipeline and book meetings in complex B2B
  • Strong cold calling, objections, and discovery skills
  • Hands-on with Salesforce, Outreach, Nooks, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Navigator
  • Night shift availability; hybrid-friendly proximity to office
