  • Build and run the end-to-end outbound growth machine.
  • Define and execute lead generation strategy and roadmap.
  • Manage leadgen data lake/tech stack (Snowflake), enrichment, dedupe.
  • Own outbound prospection ops and campaign enablement with Outreach/Lemlist.
  • Create dashboards to track funnel metrics, conversion, data health.
  • Establish data governance and a feedback loop with Sales leads.

  • 5+ years in lead generation/outbound growth ops in B2B tech.
  • Fluent English; strong SQL and database management.
  • Experience with AI: prompts, AI sales use-cases, and workflow integration.
  • Automation/low-code workflows (Zapier, etc.) and core CRM fundamentals (Salesforce preferred).
  • Experience with Outreach or Lemlist and CRM integrations.
  • Strong reporting & analytics; define metrics and dashboards.
