Senior OT Penetration Tester

📋 Description

• Lead vulnerability assessments, pen tests, and purple team ops in ICS/OT.
• Perform hands-on exploitation of customer networks, systems, and apps.
• Analyze network/host data (pcaps, firewall rules, configs) to find attack paths and vulnerabilities.
• Research threat actor TTPs and tools; apply findings to engagements and detection development.
• Deliver clear, technically accurate reports and briefings with remediation guidance.
• Mentor peers, improve workflows, and contribute to the OT security community.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of hands-on cybersecurity in ICS/OT environments (vulnerability assessment, pen testing, red team).
• Strong understanding of pentesting methods and tools: Kali Linux, Metasploit, Cobalt Strike, Burp Suite Pro, LOTL.
• Solid experience with cyber threats, attack vectors, exploits, and TTPs; able to analyze network/host data.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to present to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Self-motivated, collaborative; able to work independently in a remote environment.
• Willingness to travel up to 40% for customer engagements.
