- Assist stakeholder assessments and change impact interviews; plan actions
- Execute communications, engagement, and training plans for client delivery

- Maintain OCM content repository and standards; support leadership with knowledge

- Hands-on enterprise experience leading OCM for an enterprise customer
- Desirable certifications: ITIL, ScrumMaster, PMP and Prosci
- 3-5 years in process, organizational change and learning improvements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Strong change mgmt principles; proficient with PowerPoint, Excel, MS Project, SharePoint
- Ability to understand business issues and articulate the business context of projects
