  • Lead OCM activities, creating deliverables that support communications and training
  • Manage resistance to change and ensure user readiness
  • Assist stakeholder assessments and change impact interviews; plan actions
  • Execute communications, engagement, and training plans for client delivery
  • Organize governance, standards, dashboards; report OCM maturity progress
  • Maintain OCM content repository and standards; support leadership with knowledge

  • Hands-on enterprise experience leading OCM for an enterprise customer
  • Desirable certifications: ITIL, ScrumMaster, PMP and Prosci
  • 3-5 years in process, organizational change and learning improvements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Strong change mgmt principles; proficient with PowerPoint, Excel, MS Project, SharePoint
  • Ability to understand business issues and articulate the business context of projects
