Senior Order Management Analyst

📋 Description

• The Order Management team turns booked deals into accurate, compliant revenue.
• Evaluate and process customer orders with accuracy, compliance, and downstream impact.
• Apply structured thinking to complex and non-standard deal scenarios, identifying risks and resolution paths.
• Partner with Sales, Finance, and RevOps to resolve order issues efficiently.
• Analyze order data to identify patterns, root causes, and opportunities for process improvement.
• Document and operationalize improvements that increase consistency, scalability, and throughput.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Operations, or related field (or equivalent practical experience)
• 3+ years of order management, sales ops, or revenue operations in fast-paced settings
• Strong command of CRM and ERP systems; Salesforce required; NetSuite/SAP preferred
• Proven ability to manage high volumes with accuracy and urgency
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills; ability to move fast
• Cross-functional communication to influence Sales, Finance, RevOps
