🎯 Requirements

- 5+ years in laser communications or spacecraft optical systems
- Proven ability to take complex systems from concept to qualification
- Hands-on prototyping; integrate optics, electronics, and mechanics
- Deep understanding of optical comms subsystems: PAT, modems, photonic hardware
- Excellent communication to drive cross-team decisions
