📋 Description

• Monitor regulatory changes across North region markets and assess impact on courier supply.
• Quantify supply risks: conversion shifts, time-to-convert, churn, and forecasts.
• Partner with Legal, Compliance, Ops, Marketing, and Finance to shape implementation plans.
• Facilitate timely escalations to markets and senior stakeholders with clear risk framing.
• Build assumptions for KPI, budgets, workload, and acquisition plans; align on timelines.
• Prepare briefs and playbooks translating regulatory changes into operational steps.

🎯 Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in Operations, Growth, or Supply roles with regulatory-driven change.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret metrics, quantify impact, and forecast.
• Experience building simple forecasting models translating regulatory or funnel changes into outcomes.
• Ability to connect regulatory changes to operational consequences for funnel health.
• Confident communicator who aligns stakeholders (Legal, Compliance, Ops, Marketing).
• Experience preparing structured recommendations and risk assessments for senior stakeholders.
