- Develop and execute strategic vision for mortgage loan servicing and collections
- Manage mortgage servicing operations: payment processing, escrow, customer service, and delinquent accounts
- Design collections strategies to reduce delinquency and maximize recoveries
- Ensure adherence to CFPB, FDCPA, and other regulations governing servicing and collections

🎯 Requirements
- 10+ years in financial services/consumer lending (mortgage/HELOC preferred)
- 5+ years in a leadership role in at least two areas (Collections/Recovery, servicing/Operations)
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Strong data analysis, executive reporting, and KPI development
- Familiarity with federal, state, and local regulations in lending servicing/collections
- Experience managing geographically dispersed teams and vendor relationships
