Senior Operations Manager - Outbound

📋 Description

• Oversee outbound and ICQA day-to-day operations.
• Directly manage, coach, and develop Operations Managers.
• Own department budgeting and financial planning.
• Drive quality, productivity, and continuous improvement across operations.
• Provide analytical and statistical expertise for data-driven decisions.
• Develop, document, and implement SOPs for scalable performance.
• Define, track, and evaluate performance metrics and KPIs.
• Lead and participate in internal CI and audit programs.
• Partner on warehouse design, layout optimization, and new initiatives.
• Develop and report on short- and long-term operational plans.

🎯 Requirements

• BS in business, manufacturing, or supply chain; MBA preferred.
• 5+ years in supply chain, ops, warehousing or project mgmt.
• 5+ years supervisory/management experience.
• Cross-functional leadership with ops, finance, accounting, procurement to hit KPIs.
• Experience building and delivering operating metrics.
• Strong analytical background; Excel/Sheets required; other data tools bonus.
• Vision to solve complex operational problems and improve processes.
