🎯 Requirements
- B.S. degree in business administration, manufacturing, or supply chain; MBA preferred.
- Minimum 5+ years experience in supply chain, ops, warehousing, or PM.
- 5+ years supervisory/management experience.
- Experience leading with ops, finance, accounting, and procurement teams to deliver KPIs.
- Experience building, owning, and delivering operating metrics.
- Strong analytical background; expert Excel/Google Sheets; data skills bonus.
