Lead in-person onboarding with multiple groups to improve new hire experience
Facilitate Learning & Development activities for new and existing employees
Coordinate site-wide meetings, including Employee All Hands
Plan and execute employee engagement events (team offsites, conferences, socials) within budget
Collaborate with senior leaders to advance engagement programs

🎯 Requirements

5+ years in L&D, event management, or employee engagement; experience with senior leaders
Highly proficient in G-Suites; expert in G-Sheets
Proficient in Atlassian Confluence
Strong English language skills
Proactive, independent, highly organized with execution focus
Motivated self-starter who balances independence and teamwork
