🎯 Requirements
- 3+ years experience in Operations (Onboarding/Servicing/Auto Lending) at a financial institution.
- 2+ years leading people managers.
- Strong analytical and operational acumen; translate data into action.
- Proven ability to influence cross-functional partners and drive alignment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication; experience presenting to senior stakeholders.
- Deep knowledge of Auto lending, Retail Installment Contracts (RICs), and title/lien processes.
