🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's in business, logistics, or supply chain; advanced degree preferred.
Proven Site Leader experience in large-scale fulfillment or distribution.
Strong knowledge of order processing, inventory management, warehousing, shipping.
Track record managing large teams of hourly and salaried staff.
Data analysis and KPI proficiency; budgeting and cost control.
Familiarity with WMS and warehousing safety regulations.
