🎯 Requirements
- 5+ years of analytics, data engineering, or a hybrid role in growth startups
- Advanced SQL: joins, window functions, CTEs, query optimization
- Hands-on with dbt, Airflow, or similar; built and maintained data models/pipelines
- Strong BI experience building production dashboards (Looker, Tableau, or similar)
- Comfortable in ambiguous environments with incomplete information
- A-player mindset with bias for action and ownership of deliverables
