📋 Description

• Define and scope complex operational challenges into clear, actionable workstreams
• Plan and execute data collection programs for ML initiatives
• Monitor project health, measure operational efficiency, and flag risks
• Synthesize updates into clear status reports that drive alignment and keep projects on track
• Design and lead training programs that upskill our manufacturing and DDC workforce on ML-related tools
• Stand up testing infrastructure for ML models in a live workforce environment

🎯 Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in startups or corporate operations
• Data-driven: comfortable using SQL, Looker, or similar tools
• Program/project management using Asana or Jira
• The ability to influence a variety of stakeholders
• Clear, direct communicator across cultures
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
