🎯 Requirements

- Proven experience managing teams in real-time environments
- Strong track record delivering high-quality execution under pressure
- Execution-focused: you get things done in real environments
- Strong presence: you can lead teams and take control when needed
- Fluent English required (local language is a plus depending on region)
