- Identify blockers and build scalable templates and processes for speed and quality.
🎯 Requirements
- 4+ years external-facing experience in B2C/B2B tech, marketplace, or high-growth startup.
- Experience managing complex onboarding with multiple stakeholders.
- Strong project management across multiple launches with tight deadlines.
- Autonomous work style with sound judgement and initiative.
- Sales-minded onboarding balancing urgency with partner experience and rapid adoption.
- Improve operational efficiency by streamlining workflows and scalable processes.
- Clear written and verbal communication with senior audiences.
- Collaborative, solutions-oriented; build relationships and drive accountability across stakeholders.
