📋 Description

  • Own end-to-end onboarding for strategic and national accounts from signed deal to launch.
  • Drive a pipeline of partner launches with clear timelines and follow-through.
  • Serve as the primary post-signature partner contact for onboarding momentum.
  • Translate partnership terms and tech needs into onboarding plans and workflows.
  • Coordinate cross-functional with Marketing, Product, and Biz Ops to capture needs.
  • Create and maintain partner onboarding materials (webinars, trackers, FAQs).
  • Document status, risks, and next steps via requests, reports, and Salesforce hygiene.
  • Identify blockers and build scalable templates and processes for speed and quality.

🎯 Requirements

  • 4+ years external-facing experience in B2C/B2B tech, marketplace, or high-growth startup.
  • Experience managing complex onboarding with multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong project management across multiple launches with tight deadlines.
  • Autonomous work style with sound judgement and initiative.
  • Sales-minded onboarding balancing urgency with partner experience and rapid adoption.
  • Improve operational efficiency by streamlining workflows and scalable processes.
  • Clear written and verbal communication with senior audiences.
  • Collaborative, solutions-oriented; build relationships and drive accountability across stakeholders.
