📋 Description

  • Own front-of-house and APAC office operations.
  • Support APAC MD, HR and IT service desks.
  • Travel as needed, including quarterly visits.
  • Manage facilities contracts, maintenance and supplies.
  • Lead space planning, events and stakeholder engagement.
  • Coordinate with IT to ensure office equipment works.

🎯 Requirements

  • Multi-site, corporate office admin experience.
  • Facilities and health & safety experience; IOSH desired.
  • Hospitality experience and customer focus.
  • Excellent interpersonal and English communication.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Bachelor’s in Business Admin/ Tourism or Hospitality a plus.
