Senior NPI Program Manager

📋 Description

• Lead cross-functional teams to prep prototype builds and scale production lines.
• Collaborate with Engineering PMs, DFx, Test, Quality, and Supply Chain to ensure factory readiness.
• Manage Design for Manufacturability/Scale reviews with Design and Mechanical Eng.
• Coordinate design of automated equipment and fixtures.
• Hands-on design of fixtures, layouts, processes and equipment.
• Create build schedules and drive the execution of development builds.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of factory operations management and/or program management.
• Technical degree or experience working closely with electrical/mechanical design engineers.
• Strong collaboration and communication; experience bringing teams together to achieve common goals.
• Identify and resolve conflicts, inter-dependencies and program issues quickly.
• Excellent oral and written communication, ability to think clearly, analyze quantitatively, problem-solve and prioritize.
• Problem-solving mindset; multitask and thrive in fast-paced environment.
