Design, configure, and optimize networks (Meraki/Fortinet); VPN security; own São Paulo office network.
Lead IP Telephony system migrations (Avaya, Genesys, Vonage, GoTo Connect).
Troubleshoot outages and voice quality (SIP/RTP); FreeRadius authentication.
Manage AWS resources; provision connections and security rules.
Plan upgrades; liaise with vendors and stakeholders to deliver projects on time.
Mentor and train junior engineers.

🎯 Requirements

4+ years in Network Engineering and VoIP/Telephony.
Meraki (MX/MS/MR), Fortinet; extensive VPN tunneling.
Experience with Jira for tickets and project management.
SIP, PBX, call flows/IVR across Avaya/Genesys/Vonage.
Linux administration and FreeRadius for network authentication.
AWS cloud experience.
