- SIP, PBX admin, call flow/IVR across Avaya, Genesys, Yeastar or Vonage.
- Linux administration and FreeRadius for network authentication.
- Cloud experience managing AWS resources and security rules.
- OS-agnostic admin across Windows, MacOS and Chrome OS.
- Clear communication to non-technical stakeholders; autonomous work style.
