Senior Network Operations Analyst

📋 Description

• Operate and improve the network, including edge routers, core switches, and firewalls.
• Troubleshoot and resolve medium/high-complexity network incidents with providers.
• Provide L1/L2 (and some L3) network support with timely responses and SLAs.
• Perform RCA and implement preventive actions to avoid recurrence.
• Plan and support network expansions, topology changes, and capacity improvements.
• Maintain up-to-date network documentation, procedures, and incident records.
• Manage and improve network monitoring systems, including alert and graph tuning.
• Act with ownership and urgency, especially during off hours and critical incidents.

🎯 Requirements

• Advanced English communication (B2+), written and spoken.
• Bachelor's degree in tech/engineering or equivalent experience.
• Solid understanding of networking fundamentals and protocols.
• L2/L3 concepts: VLAN, Trunking, Spanning Tree.
• IP networking: ARP, Subnetting, ACLs, DHCP.
• Routing: BGP, OSPF.
• Transport and management: TCP, UDP, SNMP, NTP, SSH.
• Troubleshooting: Ping, Traceroute.
• Hands-on, analytical troubleshooting in production environments.
• Strong prioritization and calm under pressure.
• Clear communication to varied audiences.
• Proactive mindset and continuous learning.
• Cisco CCNA certification required; higher certs are a plus.
