- Provide technical inputs and evaluate new and emerging network technologies addressing gaps.
- Leads all aspects of network routing & switching design, architecture and equipment lifecycle.
- Design and implement network improvements to improve performance, capacity and scalability.
- Leads day-to-day networking tasks to ensure reliability, availability and serviceability with minimal interruption.
- Installing and configuring networking hardware, LAN switches, wifi and firewalls.
- Developing and maintaining network architecture drawings and documentation.
🎯 Requirements
- B.S. in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 8 years of related experience, including at least 5 years in Network Design and Operations.
- Current industry certifications such as PNSE, CEH, Security+, CCNA/CCNP (preferred).
- Experience with networks, firewalls, IDS/IPS, Linux OS/Windows OS administration.
- Specific experience with Juniper, Palo Alto Networks, Meraki and Cisco networking products (desirable).
- Knowledge of L3 and L7 firewalls and security principles in IT infrastructure.
