Senior Network Engineer

📋 Description

• This role is part of the Global Network Operations team; supports all Ensono client networks.
• Provide L3 operations support for investigating and resolving network issues.
• Design, engineer, and implement complex network solutions across LAN/WAN, security, and voice.
• Responsible for Incident, Request, Change, Event, and Problem management for client environments.
• Proactively monitor client network performance and recommend improvements.
• Drive and implement network solution architectures to increase efficiencies.

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years in network space; at least 2 years in a similar role.
• Strong verbal and written communications and customer support skills.
• Self-motivated, organized, detail-oriented; able to work with minimal supervision.
• Ability to communicate with all levels; professional demeanor.
• TCP/IP mastery with addressing and subnetting; experience with EIGRP, BGP, MPLS, VPN, QoS.
• Firewall experience: Palo Alto, Fortigate, Check Point, Cisco ASA.
