- Act as subject matter expert for service transition and delivery on assigned accounts.
- Lead end-to-end NetSuite implementations and advisory for clients.
- Ensure client satisfaction by addressing requests within SLAs; typically 3-6 projects.
- Proactively review workload and redistribute as needed.
- Conduct regular account reviews to identify satisfaction, process adherence, and improvements.
- Serve as primary lead/contact for assigned clients and TAM for key accounts.
🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Advanced degree in Business, Accounting, Computer Science, Information Systems or MBA or equivalent.
- 3+ years hands-on NetSuite experience: configuration, implementation, consulting/administration, support, escalations.
- Experience with NSIP, SuiteScript, SuiteTalk, and SuiteCloud for integrations.
- NetSuite Certifications heavily preferred - ERP Consultant, Administrator.
- Familiarity with Celigo, Boomi, FarApp (NetSuite Connector) for Shopify, Amazon, 3PL, Salesforce, payroll, etc.
- Experience managing a team of 5+ consultants across multiple engagements.
