🎯 Requirements

Advanced reverse engineering of legacy .NET apps (monolithic or n-tier)
Deep expertise in C# and .NET (Web Forms, WCF, MVC, .NET Core/6+)
Strong experience analyzing legacy DB schemas and stored logic
Define modernization strategies and decisions: refactor, rebuild, or re-platform
Extract undocumented system behavior via code inspection and DB analysis
Healthcare Payor domain experience with HIPAA and regulatory requirements
