π― Requirements
- 7+ years of customer-facing pre-sales in cybersecurity
- 3+ years hands-on experience in MSP/MSSP/TSP pre-sales or delivery
- Demonstrable experience presenting technical products to customers and troubleshooting
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Experience with Threat Detection and Response solutions (SIEM, NDR, EDR, UEBA, SOAR)
- Knowledge of cybersecurity principles, tools, and frameworks
