• Define video production and animation workflows and best practices.
• Elevate Brex's design standards through feedback and mentorship.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of motion design experience
• Portfolio showing UI motion and brand animation
• Proficiency with After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Figma
• Familiarity with Rive and Framer
• Strong composition, pacing, and visual hierarchy
• End-to-end ownership with autonomy
