Produce live-action video edits: interviews, customer stories, founder-led narratives.
Establish motion principles and guidelines for consistency at scale.

🎯 Requirements

7+ years in motion design, animation, or video; portfolio required.
Expert in After Effects and Premiere Pro; interest in AI-first tooling.
Strong motion principles, pacing, and storytelling for animation and live-action.
Proven experience creating Lottie animations for the web.
Able to simplify complex products into clear, instructional visuals.
Strong collaboration and cross-functional communication.
High craft quality; able to move quickly and iterate.
Knowledge of current design trends to elevate the brand.
