🎯 Requirements

Proven experience as a Motion Designer / Animator
Strong portfolio in brand-driven motion and storytelling
Advanced proficiency in After Effects
Solid grasp of motion principles, timing, and storytelling
Experience working in cross-functional, collaborative teams
Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver quality work
