📋 Description

• Design and animate motion assets from concept to completion across brand, marketing, and live experiences
• Contribute to and maintain motion libraries and motion documentation
• Simplify abstract concepts through thoughtful motion
• Curate motion systems with clarity, design, composition, and timing
• Navigate concurrent projects through effective communication and clear prioritization
• Exchange honest, respectful feedback with teammates

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of motion design experience with brand or campaign focus
• Portfolio, website, or links to work (with access and viewing instructions)
• Proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Cinema 4D, Redshift, Creative Suite, Figma and Lottie
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to balance creative vision with practical execution
• Collaborative with producers, program managers, marketers, and cross-functional teams
