🎯 Requirements
- 2+ years of BD or growth in lending/wholesale
- Proven ability to generate business from relationships
- Strong outbound sales discipline and consultative selling
- Excellent communication and relationship management with senior stakeholders
- Fully remote experience in distributed teams
- High school diploma or equivalent required

- Base salary: 77,500 - 82,500 USD
- OTE: 212,000 USD
