📋 Description

• Own end-to-end delivery of complex models on hx Renew from scoping to delivery.
• Build and maintain production-grade Python models with strong tests.
• Act as technical authority on customer projects with actuarial teams.
• Raise quality via code reviews, pairing, mentoring, and standards.
• Support the development of other Model Developers with feedback.
• Identify tooling and process improvements to speed up delivery.

🎯 Requirements

• Shipped and maintained production-grade Python code in complex data-heavy environments.
• Delivered actuarial, pricing, or analytical models in real-world settings (insurance preferred).
• Owned complex, ambiguous problems and drove high-quality outcomes.
• Worked with customers or senior stakeholders, translating requirements to robust solutions.
• Acted as a senior contributor, influencing quality and standards.
• Operated in a high-trust, high-accountability environment with ownership.
