Provide legal/strategic guidance on immigration compliance to clients.
Mentor Mobility Specialists and Coordinators; support senior-level escalations.
Assist leadership in managing large projects and initiatives.
Analyze, prepare, and submit visa/work permit applications.

🎯 Requirements

Extensive experience in immigration compliance or global mobility.
In-depth understanding of immigration processes and compliance.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Experience in tech or hyper-growth environments is ideal.
Fluent English; additional languages are a plus.
Remote work experience is a plus.
