Create unit and automation UI tests to protect existing features.
Create and monitor analytics to demonstrate feature effectiveness.
Lead prototype-first, spec-driven development with PMs/EMs to define specs and prototypes.

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's degree in CS or related field (or equivalent)
4+ years building Android apps at scale
Fluency in Kotlin with Coroutines/Flow and RxJava
Experience with MVVM, MVI, MVP, and Clean Architecture
Deep understanding of Android UI: XML layouts and Jetpack Compose
SDLC best practices: Git workflows, CI/CD, automated testing
