Senior ML Engineer, Product

📋 Description

• Develop and maintain reusable ML pipelines and systems with testing and docs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to guide technical direction and improve user experiences with ML.
• Focus on model monitoring, drift detection, alerting, and resource optimization.
• Set up deployment infrastructure including APIs and automated monitoring and deployment processes.
• Instrumentation and experimental design to measure ML impact, incl. LLM evaluation.
• Build data labeling and ingestion workflows to optimize data pipelines and data scientist experiences.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience in data science or ML engineering.
• Proficient in Python and SQL; strong software engineering skills; contribute across the stack.
• Team player with strong communication; able to influence technical direction across teams.
• Passionate about cutting-edge ML; experience with RAG and LLM evaluation techniques.
• Experience across ML lifecycle: data labeling, ingestion, deployment, MLOps, big data.
• Fintech/finance experience is a plus.
