Senior ML Engineer (LLMs, AWS)

📋 Description

• Create ML models from scratch or improve existing models.
• Collaborate with eng, data scientists, and PMs on production models.
• Develop experimentation roadmap.
• Set up reproducible experiments and maintain pipelines.
• Monitor ML models in production for optimal performance.
• Document ML models, processes, and pipelines clearly.
• Stay updated on ML/AI and propose innovations.

🎯 Requirements

• Comfortable with standard ML algorithms and underlying math.
• Hands-on experience with LLMs in production, RAG architecture, and agentic systems.
• AWS Bedrock experience strongly preferred.
• Experience with classification/regression tasks and feature engineering.
• Experience with ML models in production.
• Experience with NLP, LLMs, or recommendation engines.
• Solid software engineering skills; write well-structured modules.
• Python expertise, Docker.
• English: strong upper-intermediate.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS), e.g., SageMaker, ECR, EMR, S3, Lambda.
• Experience with deep learning models.
• Experience with taxonomies or ontologies.
• Experience with ML pipelines to orchestrate workflows.
• Experience with Spark or Dask; Great Expectations.
