Senior ML-Engineer, Finance

📋 Description

• Own end-to-end data initiative: collection, enrichment, modeling, deployment.
• Design/operate scrapers to extract signals from nonprofit sites.
• Develop filters, including Is this site for fundraising? classifier.
• Source and integrate financial data from registries and third-party signals.
• Store and structure the enriched data in internal DB for cross-team use.
• Deploy scoring model and integrate outputs into Salesforce.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years ML/DS experience solving real product problems
• Strong ML/statistics: gradient boosting; NLP/LLM approaches
• Proven experience with large-scale web scraping and data pipelines
• Metrics-driven: map ML metrics (ROC-AUC, F1, RMSE) to business metrics
• Advanced SQL; build datasets in ClickHouse and MongoDB
• MLOps: experiment tracking and production workflows (Docker, Git, CI/CD)
