📋 Description

• Develop and deploy ML solutions across business areas (tabular data).
• Choose ML/LLM approaches; propose alternatives.
• Build end-to-end ML: data prep, training, API, monitoring.
• Design LLM-powered features: classifiers, content, AI assistants.
• Manage full LLM lifecycle: datasets, prompts, fine-tuning, eval.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years ML/DS experience solving real product problems
• Strong ML stats: classic algorithms (gradient boosting) and NLP/LLM
• Metrics-driven: map ML metrics to business metrics (CR, LTV)
• Python-focused engineering culture; clean code and design patterns
• Advanced SQL; build datasets in ClickHouse; work with MongoDB
• MLOps: experiment tracking; Docker, Git, CI/CD
