📋 Description

• Develop and deploy ML solutions across business areas with tabular data.
• Select the most appropriate ML/LLM approaches or propose alternatives.
• Build end-to-end ML solutions: data prep, training, API, monitoring.
• Design LLM-powered features: classifiers, content generation, AI assistants.
• Work across the full LLM lifecycle: datasets, prompts, fine-tuning, evaluation.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of ML/DS experience solving real product problems
• Strong ML and statistics knowledge: gradient boosting; NLP/LLM basics
• Metrics-driven: connect ML metrics with business metrics
• Python-focused with product-oriented development; clean code and design patterns
• Data skills: advanced SQL; build datasets in ClickHouse; MongoDB
• MLOps: experiment tracking; production workflows (Docker, Git, CI/CD)
• Autonomy: break down problems, pick tech stack, deliver to production
