📋 Description

• Develop and deploy ML solutions across business areas using tabular data.
• Select appropriate ML/LLM approaches or propose alternatives.
• Build end-to-end ML solutions: data prep, training, API, monitoring.
• Design LLM-powered features: classifiers to AI assistants and chatbots.
• Work across the full LLM lifecycle: prompts, fine-tuning, evaluation.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years ML/DS experience solving real product problems.
• Strong ML and statistics expertise; gradient boosting; NLP/LLM concepts.
• Metrics-driven; connect ML metrics (ROC-AUC, F1, RMSE) to business metrics.
• Python proficiency; product-oriented coding, clean code, design patterns.
• Advanced SQL; build complex datasets in ClickHouse; MongoDB experience.
• Hands-on MLOps with experiment tracking; Docker, Git, CI/CD.
• Autonomy to break down problems and ship to production.
