📋 Description

• Develop and deploy ML solutions across business areas using tabular data.
• Select the most appropriate ML/LLM approaches or propose alternatives.
• Build end-to-end ML solutions: data preparation, training, API, monitoring.
• Design LLM-powered features: classifiers, content generation, AI assistants, chatbots.
• Work across the full LLM lifecycle: datasets, prompt engineering, fine-tuning, evaluation.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of ML/DS experience solving real product problems
• Strong ML and statistics expertise; gradient boosting; NLP/LLM
• Metrics-driven; connect ML metrics to business metrics (ROC-AUC, F1, RMSE)
• Strong engineering culture; Python; product-minded; clean code and patterns
• Data skills: advanced SQL; build datasets in ClickHouse; work with MongoDB
• MLOps: experiment tracking; production workflows (Docker, Git, CI/CD)
• Autonomy: break down problems; choose tech stack; deliver to production
