🎯 Requirements

Education: High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training preferred.
Experience operating CNC machines and metalworking equipment; blueprints and precision tools.
Proficiency in operating CNC machines, lathes, and related equipment.
Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills; ability to interpret drawings.
Good communication and teamwork; basic computer skills for programming and data entry.
Physical requirements: stand long periods, lift heavy objects, repetitive tasks.
