  • Proactively manage a Mid-Market book of Iterable customers (70K-250K+ ARR).
  • Identify new business opportunities and strategic initiatives for retention and expansion.
  • Maintain a trusted advisor relationship with assigned clients.
  • Lead regular check-ins and Executive Business Reviews (may require onsite travel).
  • Forecast retention and growth across your book; collaborate with CAM on expansion.
  • Work with Support and cross-functional teams to triage issues.

🎯 Requirements

  • Own the entire customer experience from onboarding through expansion.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Comfortable presenting complex information to executives.
  • Strong ability to understand technical concepts and problem-solve.
  • Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time.
  • Experience with email marketing, push, or SMS software.
