Senior Microsoft Cloud Engineer

📋 Description

• Design, implement, operate, and optimize MS 365, Azure, and security services.
• Align cloud services with NIST SP 800-53, 800-207, and FedRAMP Moderate.
• Support tenant management, Azure infra, identity, and collaboration workloads.
• Collaborate with cloud, network, and cybersecurity teams for resilience.
• Automate reporting with Power BI and related MS technologies.
• Develop and maintain technical docs, training materials, SOPs, and change records.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, Cybersecurity, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 10 years in enterprise Microsoft cloud environments.
• Minimum 5 years in senior engineering, architecture, or technical leadership.
• Experience designing, implementing, operating, and optimizing MS cloud services.
• Experience cloud security aligned with NIST 800-53, 800-207, and FedRAMP.
• Advanced experience administering hybrid Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and Microsoft Entra ID.
• Experience managing Windows, macOS, and iOS devices using Intune.
• Experience supporting Autopilot deployments, endpoint compliance, software delivery, and device management.
• IAM expertise including Conditional Access, privileged access management, MFA, and least-privilege.
• Experience supporting Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online.
• Experience configuring Defender, Sentinel, Purview, and related security tech.
• PowerShell automation, Microsoft Graph administration, and cloud management automation.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and independent leadership.
• Current Microsoft certifications (Admin, Security, Azure, Endpoint, IAM).
• Ability to obtain and maintain any required government background investigation.
