π― Requirements
- PhD +1y; Masters +2y; or BS +4y in Physics, Materials Science, or Engineering.
- Strong semiconductor physics and thermal management; hands-on FDTR/TDTR (qualification/maintenance) required.
- Experience with thermal modeling and Monte Carlo methods for microscale heat transfer preferred.
- Knowledge of wide-bandgap semiconductors or carbon-based materials (diamond) preferred.
- Proficiency in SPC/JMP and programming for data modeling (Python or MATLAB).
- Excellent communication and problem-solving; explain thermal phenomena to cross-functional teams.
